A special lecture on China – Making sense of the Dragon was organized by Gyan Setu Think Tank in association with Department of Defence and National Security Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The lecture was delivered by Lt. Gen. S.L. Narsimhan. He served as the Defence Attaché in the Embassy of India in China for three years. He is qualified in Chinese language and has been a keen observer of China for the past 18 years.
The Lecture was attended by students, research Scholars and faculty of the Department of Defence Studies and National Security Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
