A two day seminar was organized by Gyan Setu – Think Tank in collaboration with Department of Defence and National Security Studies and ICSSR North Western Regional Centre on February 27-28, 2018. The seminar was organized at Golden Jubilee Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Eminent personalities and experts from the field of Defence, Security and Academia participated in the seminar.
