A book launch event was organized by Gyan Setu Think Tank in association with other think tanks – USI and Gyan Chakra in association with Department of Defence and National Security Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh on Aug 9, 2019 at Golden jubilee Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Army Cdr ARTRAC, Lt Gen Thimmaya presided with COS WC as Guest of Honour. Large number of Veterans lead by Gen VP Malik attended. Dr. Jaskaran Singh Waraich, Chairperson of Department of Defence and National Security Studies along with Students, research scholars and faculty of the unversity was also present in the event.
