Gyan Setu Think Tank and Department of Defence and National Security Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh organized a panel discussion – “North East Conundrum: The Current Manipur Crisis in Context” on 14 September, 2023 at Golden Jubilee Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The esteemed speakers in the panel were Lt. Gen. K. J. Singh (retd.), Lt. Gen. Anil Ahuja (retd.), Lt. Gen. D. S. Hooda (retd.). Dr. Jaskaran Singh Waraich, the Chairperson of Department of Defence and National Security Studies was also present.
