Gyan Setu Think Tank and Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Chandigarh signed an Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) on December 3, 2024 at Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Chandigarh. The MOU was signed with objective of resource sharing, infrastructural, human and technical for delivering academic programs and training activities and provide vital facilities for scholars to undertake studies and research in the area of International Relations, Defence Strategy, National and Regional Security Issues, Geopolitics and other subjects in the area of Strategic Studies.
The MOU was signed by Lt. Gen. (Dr.) K. J. Singh (retd.), the convener of Gyan Setu Think Tank and Prof. Binu Dogra, Principal of Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 42, Chandigarh. Senior members of Gyan Setu Think Tank and Faculty Members of the PGGCG-42 were present on the occasion.
The MOU will be effective for period of one year from the date of signing. Gyan Setu Think Tank will extend its expertise through its members and resources persons in the subject matter for conducting classes/courses/ sessions and organize lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences, courses and other such activities to promote thinking and exchange of ideas in the field of Defence and National Security and to undertake research projects on security issues with the sole aim to promote awareness and better understanding of the subject.
