Gen. Atta Hasnain (retd.), Prof. Jaskaran Singh Waraich, Chairperson of Department of Defence and National Security Studies, Panjab University were present in the inaugral session. Inaugural session was followed by address of great panelists &#8211; Mr. Ashish Kaul, Gen. Raj Mehta (retd.) and Capt. Ashok Bansal. Lt. Gen.
